Regular policies:
- All reservations must be paid in full upon confirmation of availability.
- All refunds retain 5% fee per credit card transaction.
- Cancellations 7 days or more prior to the check-in date will be refunded with 95% of the total reservation price.
- Cancellations between 6 and 4 days prior to the check-in date will be refunded with 75% of the total reservation price.
- Cancellations within 72 and 24 hours at 12:00pm prior to the check-in date will be refunded with 50% of the total reservation price.
- Cancellations with 24 hours or less prior to the check-in date will be charged with 100% of the total reservation price.
- Late check-ins, early check-outs or the arrival of fewer guests than reserved will not be refunded.
